The Global Hydrogen Production Technologies (HyPT) Center is funded by CSIRO to support 1 x full-time PhD student to develop new understanding and modelling tools for molten metal and salt bubbling catalytic reactors to improve carbon separation and reaction rates. Research: Hydrogen from Photocatalytic Water-Splitting:

The Global Hydrogen Production Technologies (HyPT) Center is funded by CSIRO to support 1 x PhD student  to develop and test cluster-based co-catalysts to improve the kinetics of photocatalytic water splitting and reduce the amount of precious metal used. To be based at University of Adelaide.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia or international students who are acceptable as candidates for a PhD at the University of Adelaide.

Stipend:

The scholarship will be for 3.5 years and has a stipend of $35,000 per annum. It is likely to be tax exempt, subject to Taxation Office approval.
