The David Galliver Memorial Scholarship was established by Annie Barnes, in memory of the late Professor David Galliver. Professor David Galliver was the fifth Elder Professor of Music from 1966 to 1983.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- Be commencing a postgraduate coursework program in performance (any instrument or voice)
- Be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, New Zealand Citizen or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
- Be enrolled on a full time basis
Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Academic merit (GPA)
- Auditions, performances or interviews relevant to the Elder Conservatorium of Music
Important Information:
- There is no application process for this scholarship, it will be directly awarded
- You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible
- The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
- Students receiving other University of Adelaide Scholarships may be eligible for this Scholarship
