The Boeing Science, Engineering and Technology Indigenous Scholarship for a Female Student has been established by Boeing to support an Indigenous student identifying as female, undertaking an undergraduate program of study in the area of Science, Engineering and Technology at the University of Adelaide.

To be eligible to apply for this scholarship you must:

  • Be undertaking second year or third year of the;
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Mechanical)
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Mechanical) with Bachelor of Finance & Banking
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Mechanical) with a Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Sciences
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Mechanical) with a Bachelor of Science,
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Electrical and Electronic)
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Electrical and Electronic) with a Bachelor of Finance and Banking
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Electrical and Electronic) with a Bachelor of Mathematical and Computer Sciences
    • Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Electrical and Electronic) with a Bachelor of Science
    • Bachelor of Computer Science
    • Bachelor of Computer Science (Advanced)
  • Be an Australian Citizen 
  • Be enrolled on a full time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place

Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:

  • Academic merit (GPA)
  • Answers to questions on the application form
  • Preference will be given to students undertaking any of the following majors:
    • Aerospace Engineering
    • Artificial Intelligence
    • Communication Systems
    • Computer Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Data Science
    • Defence Systems
    • Distributed Systems & Networking
    • Mechatronics & Robotics
    • Smart Technologies

  • You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible to apply
  • The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
  • Students receiving other University of Adelaide Scholarships may apply for this Scholarship
