The Michael Robert Poag Scholarship was established by Mr and Mrs R Poag, in memory of their son Michael Robert Boag. Michael Robert Boag was a scholarship tenable at the Elder Conservatorium of Music.
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
- Be commencing or continuing in an undergraduate degree in Classical guitar studies
- Be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, New Zealand Citizen or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
- Be enrolled on a full time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place
Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Academic merit (GPA or ATAR)
- Auditions, performances or interviews relevant to the Elder Conservatorium of Music
Important Information:
- There is no application process for this scholarship, it will be directly awarded
- You must meet all of the above listed criteria to be eligible
- The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
- Students receiving other University of Adelaide Scholarships may be eligible for this Scholarship
