The Commonwealth Prac Payment (CPP) is a new Australian Government initiative that provides financial support to domestic students undertaking mandatory full-time placements (practicums) from 1 July 2025 onwards, as part of specific entry-to-practice degrees in nursing, midwifery, teaching, and social work.*
