The Forrest George and Sandra Lynne Young Supplementary Scholarship has been established through a generous gift by Sandra Young, made in memory of her late husband Forrest George Young.
Eligibility: Applicants must be domestic full time commencing postgraduate research students, studying a PhD or Masters by Research program in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Chemistry or Health Sciences. The successful application will be selected by the University on the grounds of his or her academic merit.
Stipend: The scholarship will be for up to 3 years and has a stipend of $5,000 per annum. It is likely to be tax exempt, subject to Taxation Office approval.
