The Decie Denholm Postgraduate Research Supplementary Scholarship in History is funded by the late Decie Aileen Denholm to support a full-time PhD or Master of Philosophy student who is commencing research in the area of history (including but not limited to ancient history, heritage and museum studies, art history, history of science).
Eligibility:
Applicants must be current University of Adelaide students or graduates from the University of Adelaide who are acceptable as candidates for a PhD or MPhil degree at the University of Adelaide. Applicants must be eligible to commence (or have already commenced) a full-time Higher Degree by Research program of study in the year for which the scholarship is being awarded at the University of Adelaide in the area of history (including but not limited to ancient history, heritage and museum studies, art history, history of science).
Stipend:
The scholarship will be for 3.5 years and has a stipend of $10,000 per annum.
It is likely to be tax exempt, subject to Taxation Office approval.
