The Matty Moss Mimetics Scholarship is offered by the University of Adelaide to a commencing full time PhD student whose project is in the area of Mimetics. Mimetics research is possible across a broad range of discipline areas, therefore candidates from all Faculties of the University are eligible for consideration.
The Matty Moss Mimetics Scholarship is intended to supplement the major scholarship held by the recipient and will provide a stipend valued at $20,000 per annum for up to 3.5 years. Subject to available funding, one award will be offered every 3 to 4 years.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- Be an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or New Zealand Citizen, and must remain enrolled on a full time basis in a PhD degree at the University of Adelaide.
- Have been awarded a major scholarship in a competitive scholarship round.
- Be undertaking a PhD research project at the University of Adelaide in the area of Mimetics (at least 50% related)
Selection: Selection will be based on academic merit and the research project area of the applicant.
