The Neville Arthur Honours Scholarship for Physical Sciences was established by Dr Arthur to support students studying the physical sciences. Dr Arthur was proud of his association with Science at the University, graduating from a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in 1962 and completing his PhD in Physical & Inorganic Chemistry in 1967.
To be eligible to apply for this scholarship you must:
- Be undertaking Honours component of the final year of a Degree in the area of Physics or Chemistry
- Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident of Australia, or holder of a permanent humanitarian visa
- Be enrolled on a full time basis in a Commonwealth Supported Place
Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to:
- Academic merit (GPA)
- Answers to questions on the application form

- The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered
- Students receiving other University of Adelaide Scholarships may apply for this Scholarship
