These Scholarships have been established by the Australian Executor Trustees on behalf of the Sir Ross and Sir Keith Smith Fund to support two students undertaking the Honours component of the final year of the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Mechanical and Aerospace); or Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Mechanical & Aerospace) with Bachelor of Mathematical & Computer Science; or Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)(Mechanical and Aerospace) with Bachelor of Science program at the University of Adelaide.

Applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent residents of Australia undertaking study on a full time basis as a Commonwealth Supported student.

Selection of the successful candidate will be made according to academic merit.  Academic merit for continuing students will be determined according to students’ cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) or equivalent scores.

The Scholarship must be taken up in the year in which it is offered: acceptance of the Scholarship cannot be deferred. If a student declines the Scholarship offer, the Scholarship will be offered to the next eligible student.

Students in receipt of other University of Adelaide Scholarships may apply for this Scholarship.
